My Story

Initially, I wanted to become a Child Psychologist, where I envisioned working with troubled youth and helping to nurture their growth. However, life had its own plans for me, leading me down a path I never anticipated. I started my career as a management consultant in 2012, and with each step, I discovered an innate talent for strategic thinking and an unwavering determination to achieve results.

In 2014, I took a leap of faith and embarked on entrepreneurship, starting an online bakery – quite an innovative concept at the time. The excitement and anticipation were palpable, but as is often the case with startups, I faced challenges that eventually led to its closure. Despite this setback, I gathered invaluable lessons that shaped me profoundly.

In 2020 I decided to use my natural talents to run a consultancy focussing on strategic planning, operational support, and team management. I up-skilled myself in operations and became a certified Director of Operations.

Today, my focus is crystal clear – to serve as a strategic partner for female CEOs, offering them the support and guidance that I needed while running my own business. I firmly believe in the power of well-crafted strategic plans, and I dedicate myself wholeheartedly to assisting female CEOs to realize their dreams of running successful businesses.
